GBC / Cancellation procedures
In the case that a booking can not be honored, the following cancellation procedures will apply
0 – 3 days before arrival: 100% of the complete price
3 - 6 days before arrival: 50% of the complete price
7 or more days before arrival: cancellation is free of charge.
If you leave the hotel during your stay we will have to charge 100% of the arrangement.
We recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance. We will gladly do this for you with the ELVIA travel insurance. Please notice that the insurance has to be done together with the confirmation of your reservation.
