GBC / Cancellation procedures

In the case that a booking can not be honored, the following cancellation procedures will apply

0 – 10 days before arrival: 100% of the complete price

11-20 days before arrival: 50% of the complete price

21 or more days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge.

High season:

0 – 20 days before arrival: 100% of the complete price

21-30 days before arrival: 50% of the complete price

31 or more days before arrival: Cancellation is free of charge.

We recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance. We will gladly do this for you with the ELVIA travel insurance. Please notice that the insurance has to be done together with the confirmation of your reservation.
