Restorant Uondas da l'en – the waves of the River Inn
In June 2011 the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch opens the Restorant Uondas. House aged, tender meat prepared on the lava stone grill, crispy fresh “Flammechueche” from the wood stove and delicious pasta dishes will make waves here in the future.
