Restaurant Stüvas Rosatsch
Three authentic Engadine parlors, behind walls which are almost 400 years old, invite you to sumptuous pleasure. Specialties from the Engadine, interpreted in new ways and carefully prepared with a variety of regional ingredients. More then 300 fantastic wines at fair prices, among them many rarities. The magazine “The Grisons Eat Out” gave the Rosatsch wine selection a special award.
Both restaurants of the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch are nonsmoking. For the enjoyment of cigars, the smoker’s corner at the InnBAR is reserved.

The Stüvas Rosatsch are opened daily as of 7 pm, reservations are recommended.
